Cooked nectarines and apricots with brown sugar


Portions pour 2 servings:

2 nectarines

2 apricots

1 tbsp brown sugar



Peel and cut the nectarines and apricots in small pieces directly in a small pan. Sprinkle with sugar, stir and cook on low heat taking care that it does not burn. Serve when the nectarines are soft.

Excellent for breakfast on cereals, brunch or dessert!!!
